We’re excited to share the Educare Network’s 2024 Impact Report, covering highlights and accomplishments from the 2023-2024 school year. Together, we made incredible strides in our work to increase access to quality early learning and care nationwide. We continued to elevate family leadership, supported early childhood practitioners and providers through professional learning, further addressed the early childhood workforce crisis, amplified our work in the field, and so much more.

By the Numbers

Our work towards a future where every child thrives begins in the classroom and reaches beyond Educare schools, positively impacting our communities, the broader early childhood field, and our society as a whole. From classrooms to conferences, policy endorsements to research publications, and more, here’s a snapshot of our 2023-2024 school year by the numbers.

Last year, the Educare Network directly reached more than 4,000 infants, toddlers and preschoolers, with an additional 16,000 reached through Educare partner organizations.

15 family leaders from 10 Educare schools shared their voices and lived experiences to advocate for relevant, meaningful policies that impact their children and families.

We provided Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) to nearly 100 early childhood education providers across various trainings and meetings throughout the year.

Our leaders, practitioners, and research & evaluation partners delivered more than 22 conference presentations at the local and national level.

We signed on to 15 letters to Congress advocating for SNAP benefits, child tax credit reinstatement, government action to avoid a shutdown, and funding for policies that support children, families and communities.

Our Reach

Educare is a national network of 25 comprehensive early learning and care programs, partnering with historically disinvested urban, suburban, rural and tribal communities to impact the lives of thousands of young children. From schools and training partners to major universities and research institutions, our Network is made up of early childhood champions at every level.
