Ground Transportation
To support your travel and stay, we’ve partnered with New Vision Charter to provide group transportation to and from local airports and daily shuttle service between select hotels and meeting locations for the 2025 Network Meeting. Please read the important shuttle and travel information below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Travel Tips & Best Practices
- Beginning May 7, 2025, TSA requires a REAL ID, a U.S. passport, or another acceptable form of ID to board domestic flights. Please confirm that you have proper and up-to-date identification. For guidance, visit https://www.dhs.gov/real-id.
- Arrive early to shuttle pickup points to ensure on-time departures.
- Look for New Vision Charter buses marked EDUCARE.
- Only designated meeting hotels and meeting locations will be served by the shuttle service.
- Shuttle drivers and shuttle captains can provide direction.
- For support, contact support@educarenetwork.org or by phone at 630.346.4703.
Airport Shuttle
In accordance with previous communications, we have adjusted pick-up times slightly to accommodate more Network members. Shuttle Captains and drivers will assist you at designated pickup locations. Please arrive promptly, as shuttle departure times are firm.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
- Shuttles will wait 15-20-minutes for known travelers (known travelers: attendees who completed the travel form and provided us with their flight information).
- You must contact support@educarenetwork.org or 630.346.4703 with your updated arrival time.
- We know you may be unable to contact us while you are flying. The conference team tracks flight status based on the information you entered when completing the travel request form. Please let us know if this information has changed.
- Once you land, please get in touch with the conference planning team to determine if taking the shuttle is possible.
Important: The national office will not arrange individual transportation for travelers who arrive outside of the scheduled times listed below. Options for alternative ground transportation are listed below.
Arrival May 5 – 6, 2025
*Please inform the shuttle driver or shuttle captain of your destination when boarding.
Local Shuttle
-
- Attendees who indicated they do not need local ground transit should plan to use their transportation during the conference week. This will ensure shuttles are available for attendees who do not have cars or ground transit options.
-
- We encourage attendees staying at the Hyatt Place and Holiday Inn who have rented cars or have driven to the conference to carpool and welcome Educare members when extra space is available.
-
- The Hilton Garden Inn is located one block from the Riverfront Conference Center. Shuttles will not be provided between these locations.
*Attendees should bring their luggage to the Conference Center on Friday.
