Educare Atlanta
Educare Atlanta, opened in 2012 in Atlanta's Mechanicsville neighborhood, provides programs, services and supports to help young children and families thrive.
Housed on the first floor of the Paul Lawrence Dunbar Elementary School, Educare Atlanta connects children and families to a quality education from birth through fifth grade. The school serves low-income young children and families in Atlanta’s Mechanicsville neighborhood, less than a mile from city hall and the state capitol.
Through strong community partnerships, Educare Atlanta offers programs and services that build the skills and confidence of parents. Educare Atlanta’s two-generation approach ensures that parents as well as children are prepared to succeed in life.
